I add some plant food every third watering or so. I hope that's good enough. I have no idea what the mineral content of the water is here. But there's a lot of limescale (calcaire), so it's probably not that great for plants. One of my orchids has finally bloomed. The shoot started in December, I didn't realize it took so long for the flowers to actually come! I hope the other one will bloom again too. I may even buy a few more at the Wal-Mart (they have plenty 50% off after V Day), but the dh does not approve! :D I have just been using britta filtered water on my orchids.
